Ooh I love this so much. The friction between daughter and mother, as often occurs. The teaching of magic through generations. The reveal that the mother was gifted in magic and actually IS going to be supportive of her daughter!!! SO AMAZING! I just love the way you tell stories, too, your tone and cadence, the way things are revealed a little at a time, and all the little details that make it so real and relatable. Nicely done!
