Green Room - Week 4 - Day 3
Oct. 30th, 2026 10:08 am Good Morning Good People of Idol. (murille and Julia Idol)
Good Morning People Of Highly Questionable Moral Standing (everyone else)
There's still a few more days to get your entries in, and they are coming in slowly, so if you just want to read ahead, there's a good opportunity right now to catch up! therealljidol.dreamwidth.org/1240620.html

What are your plans for the weekend? MIne? Going to the movies of course. Attending Celena's hockey game, maybe games! (she has two a weekend, sometimes I can't get to the one further away. Much like I've never seen her Wednesday night games in the third league she plays in. No one outside her boyfriend, who plays on the team, has seen them!)
Last night to went to see Clownvis Presley perform. It's just what it sounds like. A clown. Dressed like Elvis. He was great. www.youtube.com/watch
Movies I'm excited about this weekend include:
Wildwood (I saw the first half hour or so and had to leave. I didn't HAVE to I guess. But I had one of those anxiety attacks and I just needed to get out of wherever I was and the place I was at was watching Wildwood. So I need to go finish it!!! It was REALLY GOOD but I've heard it gets GREAT)
Wicker
Fjord
Wild at Heart re-release
Whalefall
Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (re-release)
Movies that haven't been getting good reviews, but I want to see anyway:
The Mongoose (Liam Neesen has a particular set of acting skills, and this movie seems like it could be fun)
Klara and the Sun
The Mosquito Bowl
Movie that sounds really good, but I've only seen one review on, because it's Vietnamese: Karaoke Murder. See also Everest: The Other Side minus the being a movie from Vietnam.
Movies currently out that I've seen that I would recommend if you happen to be looking for a movie to go see and for whatever reason wanted my advice, but didn't actually ask for it:
The Only Living Pickpocket in New York
Your Mother Your Mother Your Mother
You Can See Everything
Sense and Sensibility (if it's your kind of thing, it's my kind of thing so I loved it.)
Breeder
A Talent for Murder (that's more a "maybe" on the list. But it was decent)
The first two in that category I would be shocked to not see get nominations for Best Actor. You Can See Everything is probably going to be the first documentary to win Best Picture. (Unless there's something coming out in the next couple months that knocks it out of contention)
Those last 3 are "that are enjoyable" but won't be nominated for anything. :)
